Automation and control

Continuous
painting facilites

For continuous painting facilites, we supply complete control systems that ensure the smooth and safe operation of the entire process, from pretreatment through application to curing in the oven. We design conveyor system controls, temperature regulation, coating material management, and synchronization of individual process nodes. The result is a stable and repeatable process with minimal downtime.

Robotic

For robotic production facilites, we handle the integration of industrial robots into the manufacturing process, including their connection to the higher-level control system. We supply PLC control based on the Siemens platform, SCADA/WinCC-based visualization and operator interfaces, and complete electrical installation for the workstation. Everything is designed so that the operator has an overview of the entire process in one place.

Paint
booths

For paint booths, we provide electrical design, software for HVAC process control, overpressure and underpressure regulation, filter management, and safety circuits in accordance with applicable standards for explosive atmospheres (ATEX). We design electrical installations with an emphasis on operator safety and easy access for maintenance.

Surface
preparation

Pre-treatment processes such as degreasing, phosphating, blasting, CO₂ cleaning, pickling, and ionization require precise control of chemical parameters, temperatures, and flow rates. We supply electrical installations and control systems for automatic chemical dosing, bath monitoring, and real-time regulation of process parameters, including data archiving and alarm
management.

Drying and curing
ovens

We provide precise temperature and airflow control for drying and firing ovens using PLC systems. The control system includes management of heating circuits, heat recovery, and safety functions. All operating parameters are recorded and made available to the operator via a clear visualization interface.

Painting
applications

Painting facilitestypically include the integration of paint application systems and paint mixing units. We primarily integrate autonomous application technology for single-component (“1K”) or two-component (“2K”) paints and coatings into the technology and control system. Our goal is to provide a comprehensive overview and management of processes, recipes, and materials, thereby ensuring a comprehensive overview of the technology.

Visualization and SCADA systems

We design intuitive operator interfaces and SCADA/WinCC visualizations that provide operators and process engineers with an instant overview of the entire production line’s status. These include an alarm management system, trend graphs, reports, and remote access for service interventions. We tailor the visualizations to the customer’s requirements, ranging from simple panels to comprehensive control rooms.

Connection
to the customer

We ensure full integration of painting facilites into the customer’s existing IT/OT infrastructure, including connectivity with MES, ERP, or warehouse systems. Thanks to Industry 4.0 connectivity, production data is available in real time, enabling predictive maintenance, process optimization, and OEE monitoring. We handle communication via standard industrial protocols (OPC UA, PROFINET, Modbus, and others).

Electrical Installations
and design

We design and implement all electrical engineering documentation, power and control circuits, switchgear, and cabling in-house. Our projects comply with current standards and are designed to accommodate future expansions or upgrades to the production line.
